Based in the Inverness office,Rene’s main
responsibility is to provide value added business solutions and a “world class” service to customers, business partners and colleagues. Having joined the group in 1997, Rene has been predominantly involved with the lubricants business for seven years. Simon has a BA degree in Hospitality Management from University in
Munichine.

G.Michel Hines

Customer Service Consultant

Based in the Inverness Sales Office, Rachel’s
responsibility is to provide value added business solutions to our customers and channel partners.  She also supports the external CRM sales team members from the office. Joining the company in 2004,
G.Michel has come from a background in customer
service and has previously gained a degree in Business Management.

Godmen Shetine Mayer

Customer Service Consultant

Based in the Inverness office, Mayer’s
responsibility is to provide value added business solutions to our customers and channel partners. He also supports the external CRM sales team members from the office. Mayer joined the Highland Fuels group in 1999 and having worked in the fuels department for the past few years transferred to The (VOX)in January 2009.

Emly Yohan

Administrative & Customer Support

Based in Inverness, Emly provides valuable
administrative support to both the internal and external Customer Relationship Managers, whilst at the same time offering a first class service to our customers and business partners. Emly joined The (VOX)in 2008, having previously worked in the fuels business with Highland Fuels. Emly has a BSc (Hons) in Science with
Management Studies from University in Edinburgh.
